How it Works
SUBMIT INQUIRY FORM
This form asks basic questions about your group, like desired date, size of the group, and type of event.
This helps us better understand your groups needs and ensure that no one’s time feels wasted or redundant.
BUILD YOUR STAY
Once we have finalized your booking date and time we will help you choose any additional services required from our list of preferred & reliable vendors.
We are always happy to make recommendations for other off-property experiences, if desired!
DAY OF EVENT
Upon your arrival, your on-site host will greet you and get you started in the conference center. We will also be happy to meet and organize your vendors so your work day is seamless!

QVR is equipped with all the equipment to make your meeting seamless. Need something specific? Feel free to reach out to us so we can make sure you’re covered.
→ Customizable Room
The conference center can seat up to 20 people at one time. Or It can be divided into 2 separate conference rooms with a large sliding glass door.
The north and south conference room each seat 8-10 people, have their own kitchenette, TV, and sound system.
